Went there to check the price first. Was given the best price by the young boss. Sent my car there. Many people. Paid the agreed price after the service is done. No hidden cost, the lowest price around. Will come again if necessary.

The staff is lack of skills. He didn't start the engine before change the battery. I have told him to do so beforehand but he said it is okay to change without start on the engine. The effect is just on the clock. But after that I found out my car's tachometer (rpm gauge) is keeps fluctuating, not stable. So I have been told that I need to send my car back to manufacturer to redo the settings. This is my horrible experience. Not only that I need to pay for the new battery but also repairment of my car. Hope those who intend to get service from this shop are aware of this matter. Highly not recommended!!!

Bad attitude.... Inquiry also don't entertain.... If have no interest to do business, don't open the shop. You are not the only tire shop in Kampar. People already intense with the tire problem, worse you are teasing on people. I'm paying for your service not for the bad experience. It is better looking for other tire shop with good customer service.

Just changed my tyres here. I asked the prices around Kampar and Ipoh. Dunlop D05 is around Rm185 and the price they gave me is Rm160. Consider cheapest in Kampar and around the same price as in Ipoh. Include labour, alignment and balancing. I saw many have bad reviews here but experience is good for me so far. Not pushy or hard selling. Recommended tyres are almost as what online would recommend. And the end, mentioned Camber(?) Is not straight. Rm70 to fix. True or not I am not sure but I told him I will check first. Verdict? It's good enough experience, tyre is cheap. However just be careful and research beforehand.
