How irresponsible act that temporary close not show in their website. Call no answer yet enter a non stop repeat operator reply to wait. Waste ppl phone call money. Purposelu go physically only see is closed. Such big lab do like this are disappointed

Oh my goodness I should have read the reviews first before getting the fonema for my darling house maid It’s true ! NO ONE picks the phone up ! A day later: ok I know why they don’t pick up the phone ! They are quite understaffed with no receptionist That being said, because we were the first few patients , my darling maid got her check up done in 1.5 hours : that’s a plus point

This morning, 21/1/2020, I registered for a full basic health screening that included a calcium scoring test through CT Scan. The attendants informed there will be 'ARAHAN' when I go through the scanner. Inside there, the instruction was inaudible like 'C' 'C' from far away. I was trying hard to hear but disappointed. When done, I requested for a re-do but attendant insisted that my reading was OK. I insisted for a repeat as I did not even breathe in hard, hold, release of any sort. After some time, she agreed & this time could hear the instructions audibly in English. I wonder whether BP Lab ever check whether any Chinese doing this test understands Mandarin before just pushing through the job!! And they cannot just assume the result is ok when the required action has not been done to capture the image. Informed the receptionist that such matter must be brought to corporate not just at that level, in one ear and out the other - no action, no improvement in service.

Made an appointment for 8.30am and arrived on time. Still had to take a number and waited more than 1.5 hours for the scan. Total took 2 hours to receive scan results and had to wait further for a doctors consultation which I declined as the wait was becoming ridiculous. You can definitely get better service elsewhere. The place is also run down and in need of some maintenance of the facilities.
