I don't know why they stationed here between Sushi-tei and Colliseum? Whenever I wanted to buy the juice here, thinking rather go to restaurants, eat and drink. They should provide side counter for people to sit & drink.

Workers too talkative with one another. My drink was ready for a good 10 minutes however only when there were suddenly a rush of people who wanted to have their drinks blended that they poured my drink in a cup and searched for me. A good 10 minutes of waiting for my already blended drink to be poured into a cup? What? Really shocked at how lax the service is

Have been buying boost juice from this mid valley bar for a few times. My previous experience was not very great but its acceptable. But the service today is terribly disappointing. While I forgot to mention the size of my drink which I wanted a medium. The cashier just by default charging me for a regular size but is fine because the difference is not much. While the other staffs working on the drinks are not systematic at all. It's clearly there're juice blenders ready in the bar to be blended, while these guys left them on the bar and did something else. After a long wait and finally I got my original size banana buzz. The drink is not full to the cup and the smoothie is watery. Totally disappointed and I asked for a refund. No apologies at all for giving bad service.

Bad customer service, could not explain the product. When we ask to change whey protein to soy protein they couldn't answer or tell us why they could not change whey protein to soy protein. A lady from booze juice came and explained they they mixed whey and soy protein. Simply absurd. What is the customer is vegan? Why mix animal product and soy product?

Went the counter, the guy next the counter looked at me, looked at another girl, but both don't want to take my order. No idea why. A younger female staff came to take my order. Service was deadpan no smile, "do you want your drink or not" vibe. Ruined my mood, what kind of service? 2 stars for good juice, 0 for service

Your new staffs are quite talkative on the job. Took them more than 10 minutes fr 1 drink n there was no one before me. Went on 9/September. Please remind your stuff to prioritize their work . Thank you

We used to love their tasty juice, but recent two purchases (different months) have caused us diarrhea. So I believe is something wrong with the hygiene and cleanliness of the containers used.
