Yasmin At Kong Heng Newseum is nested inside BookXcess, accessible at the back of the shop and going downstairs. It was the previous bank vault and safety deposit boxes. Definitely a must visit place for book lovers, Yasmin's fans and history buffs. Take time to read some of the lovely quotes by Yasmin.

Unlike other book shops, this one is unique. Located in an old bank, some if the books are placed in vaults. Books wise, its the same as any other book shop. Go for the experience, so you can say " I've been there".

Formerly a bank vault.. It's a very cool place to visit even only to browse.. Very nostalgic & chic..

By far the most interesting bookshop I've been to in Malaysia. Explore every corner of this bookstore so don't miss what's underneath. Don't worry, the neon lights will guide you. Every BookXcess is a classic in its own right, this edition is the most unique of the lot.

Choice of books is quite limited so unfortunately that's a bit letdown, but damn look how well this place is kept and decorated!

An interesting place to visit if you never see a vault. The vault is at downstairs. Amazed by the Apple pc used by Yasmin. Because it is still working! You can reach here by walking from the famous Second Concubine Lane.
