My visit is quite a disappointment. I expect to get more than what I want.

Extremely Bad Customer Service. The staff were very lazy - didn't bother to assist in searching for item that was requested for. When asked if there was any digestive biscuits, they said ' HABIS - TAK DE STOCK!' IN FACT- there were PLENTY of them displayed on the shelves. We asked why did they say habis? The staff simply replied " I BINGUNG TADI" Seriously, Bake With Yen - you need to evaluate your staff performance before they kick your customers away with your messy stocks piling in your shops. They simply just wish to sit at the same spot all day long while checking on their phones for leisure. Noticed they said same thing to other customers in the shop who were searching for other items.
