Booked the fast boat to Perhentian Island which departed at 1pm. The staff were friendly and invited us to leave our baggage at their place as we had an hour. We turn down their offer though. We waited at the waiting area near one of the restaurants and at 1pm the guy did ask us to come onto the boat. The jetty was made with wooden planks so I don’t advise any form of rolling luggage. Backpacks would be best. The boat was sheltered and staff were nice in helping us on and off the boat. The ride was bumpy. Not sure if there are any life vest. Despite the boat stating it allowed only 12 passengers, they did fit more than 12 passengers on the boat. Probably a common practice.

this is probably the worst travel agency in Kuala Besut. please don't go with them to reach the island, we really had a bad experience. we paid the ticket and we wait one hour under the sun on the boat. eventually the driver came and he asked again for the ticket, we told him that we already paid and gave the tickets to the controller on the deck, but he didn't trust him and so we lost again 30 minutes. when we finally started we noted that were not any safe jackets on the boat. the boat itself was in very poor condition. after about 15 minutes (the trip to perenthians take around 30 minutes) the boat stop because the engine of the boat colapsed! we noticed that on the deck of kuala besut there are plenty of good agencies and their boats are in much better conditions and furnished with safe jackets so please try to avoid this agency!

Catastrophy! Waited for the ferry at the Jetty on Perhentian Besar for about one hour In the mid-day sun, until finally we were picked up completely delayed at 1pm instead of 12am. No excuses, nothing! Back in Kuala Besut we ran to the bus terminal to check, if maybe our bus has waited for us, due to our \delayed\ ferry. The guy at the counter of Perdana Ekspres was the guy who sold us the ferry ride, so he knew that we had to get that bus. He told us that our bus is already gone and then charged us 25RM for a taxi ride to catch the bus at another station. 25RM for their fault of not getting us back to Besut on time! Can't recommend to book with this company.

Cuma based on personal experience anda kena rajin & kerap follow up call Abbey Ley seperti keberadaan & kesediaan di Jeti (sebelum waktu 12pm / 4pm) untuk pulang kembali ke Jeti Kuala Besut untuk elakkan terlepas bot bagi mereka on a day trip.
