I did my PADI Open Water and PADI Advanced certification with Octodive. I was a bit nervous to do SCUBA but my instructor Sabrina made me feel extremely safe and comfortable. The whole team is friendly, professional and supportive. I had a great experience with these guys. Highly recommend!
Loved it! It is a great centre to start your underwater pursuit, with experienced instructors. Hubbs and myself took it with Khairul and when it came to handling a tai chi friend who joined our session we could see the importance of having a passionate and patient instructor to break boundaries of fear and traumas. All in all, it was a splendid experience and a great getaway from the city! #peaceoutislandlife
This is my second time returning to Octodiver dive center within 7 months. A cozy dive center with friendly and superb DM Daus and instructors. The dive center is situated on Perhentian Besar. Unlike those chalets in Perhentian Kecil, it offers quiet and serene environments. This is certainly a great place to spend your holidays. My first dive experience with them was during September 2018, close to monsoon. Not many divers around the period but they did not reject you.. Even had a one to one dive experience with the instructor back then. Came back again for two more dives a week ago. As usual, they provided superb dive experience and will even provided you underwater torch to ease your nemo finding. I had tried two other dive centers from the same area before but Octo is certainly the place I want to stick with. Intend to spend more days on my next visit so I can make more dives with them.
This diving area is just superb. The waters are warm and crystal clear.
Locally owned and operated PADI Dive Centre, located at Jurukir Dive Resort (previously called Carver Cove Resort). Professionally run by Hafiz and Anas, with high regards for quality diving education and dive safety. Highly recommended. In addition, the dive centre and resort location at Teluk Dalam, Perhentian Besar, is relatively quiet and family-friendly, suitable for those looking for time-out from their busy city life and to relax with Octodiver’s friendly crew.

Had a wonderful experience learning the Open Water Course at this centre. Instructors were very professional and able to challenge new divers out of their comfort zones within safe limits. They are also very approachable and quick to help! Truly enjoyable and will definitely love to make a trip back there again. Highly recommended!!!
