For animal lovers this place is a must go. Suitable for small children, as they can run around freely. Feed the deers, birds and parrots, rabbits, cats, goats and sheep, tortoises. The ostrich can be shy and hide its head in the ground. Don't be afraid of mama goose and its goslings in the bird aviary. Reminder: Bring along fruits or bread for the deers, your children will enjoy feeding them. Stay at least one night here. When we stayed there, it rained heavily, and the next morning, it was so cold that even at 11am, the weather felt like it was only 7.30am. For the best view, stay at Kenari Suite. It has a balcony overlooking the deer farm and forest. The deers are so tame that they'll come close to you for food. You can feed them 24/7 even from your balcony. They don't seem to sleep! Warning: Kenari rooms do not have attached bathroom. You have to walk out to a common bathroom closeby. So it can be a bit inconvenient especially for older people and family with infants/small children cause you have to walk up a few high steps. Can be a bit scary especially when you have to visit the loo after midnight! (The mgmt mentioned that they will build attached bathrooms in the units there soon) Another warning: There can be a lot of insects especially ants around. They are everywhere. And they bite. So, you may want to get yourself prepared with insect repellent. You can order dinner from the in-house cafe. Food we ordered were pleasant and the prices were reasonable. Breakfast buffet spread was simple, so if you want something extraordinary, you may have to find cafes in Bentong town. But the nasi lemak we had was good! Sambal sedap! Development is still on-going in the agrofarm, but overall, we had a fun time there, and the children wanted to stay for more nights.
