I have used the overnight parking for two nights with a payment of Rm10 per night. The guards are the one responsible for that and we can pay for the parking although it is already late at night.. The view is superb...

Tropicana Bay Residences is located at Bayan Lepas. The location is great as it is very near to Queensbay mall and near to the working factory area. The facilities are top notch and has badminton court as well! And this condo is pet friendly too! However, some of the buyers felt that they were been cheated as some of the blocks were marketed as ocean view and what happen now is new development blocking the ocean view. One thing I dont like about this place is some resident/staff just doesn’t know how to throw rubbish! Look at where they place the rubbish? The bin is not even full.
Management is completely useless, not focused on helping residents, treat residents disrespectfully. No pedestrian entrance at the gate! The condo is 3 years old, and the pipes are already leaking! The water in the pool is dirty, the walls and doors are dirty, many trees are in terrible condition, if something is broken, they don’t repair it. A lot of mosquitoes. Management should act as a butler in a condo. I’m not sure that they understand the principle of their work. Issue additional invoices without notice and approval, this is practically theft. Unable to leave my apartment without disappointment. It was a big mistake to buy unit.
those owners who previously paid extreme high prices for seaview units now would be really angry because there will be a new mega condo blocking the view. such a pity
very pity those who bought the units facing the sea, now there is an on-going construction of another huge condo opposite of them. very close to one another. not only there is a blocked in view, it is very noisy to the residents. why penang gov keep approving property projects. it is so crowded now. sigh
Very cozy place to stay. The location is good, just situated between Bayan Lepas and Georgetown area. Also facilities here are top notch, and having scene view of penang bridge. And that place very close to Queensbay mall as well.
Very nice place, very good facilities, near Queens Bay, some times there is bad smell from the river, secure 24/7, quiet place, new project near tower A,F and E will close the nice view.
Swimming pool is wonderful!
