Good place to come and pay you electric bills, as they have the self service electronic kiosk. Which is very helpful as you can come after work. The staffs are very helpful and patient too. Located beside the nasi kandar restaurant and old town white coffee. Parking might be limited during peak hour.

Has been calling since 1.30pm but no one pick up call. Finally, call answered but waited for untill line got cut off after call is being transfered to the staff I need to speak to! Keep calling after that but no one answered!!!

The staff were very polite and patient but most of the message is not fully understood. As a customer service,they must ensure that customer get or understood their message. Im not angry but i need to understand more when question ask. Its not an arguement.its a question and answer session.im sorry.
Office phone not working due to blackout, end up TNB unable to visit and help because we didn't answer your call, at least call back the number we used to contact you. What a bunch of morons
