Good place for service. Got comfortable waiting lounge. Provided with refreshments and toilets. Assistant sellers are friendly.

So far this is my worst experience ever having service here which took me waiting for about 4H. Which I still remember, I am the most early customer come after lunch hour and I'm the last one leaving from service centre.

This Perodua Service Centre is very easy to book a schedule via the UFirst app. There's a lot of chairs and they also offer snacks while waiting for you car service to finish. The staff is also friendly and accommodating.

Been going to this service center for the past 8-9 years. Personel are ever friendly, does not overcharge or push for additional items. And location is close to industrial area, convenient for people working in Bayan Lepas.

Ambient & facilities are good. But the waiting time is too long. It took me 2hr 45 minutes for normal service.
