A two block tower at ForestVille is a Freehold condominium, located at Sungai Ara in Bayan Lepas, Penang. Right in front of ForestVille is a wet market which is anticipated to open in the late 2020 and just after the wet market is a Chinese Primary School. It's very convenient and many established stores, restaurants and mini marts are located nearby including the Sunshine Square, Giant Bayan Baru and Queensbay Mall. A very affordable home (1000-1050 ft² size condo) just right beside Ideal One Foresta with ample lifts and many security features (eg. surveillance camera, access cards and etc). The facilities available are fascinating... from Gym, Children Room, Aerobics Room, Reading Room, Study Room, Tea Room, Dance Room and even a children 'Traffic Station'. A good place to raise a family and a tonne of facilities including a beautiful swimming pool (adult and children pool) with a water jets (Jacuzzi style) pond. The drawback on this area are the many cars and motorcycles parked alongside the road side and occasional jam during peak hours.
