I would like to thank Dr Chin and Dr Nur for attending to me on 15/1/21 and 18/1/21. They attended to my cyst and and had it drained and dressed. I am very satisfied and pleased with their services. Very caring doctors.

If i could give negative. I would. Worst service of a klinik ever. Stupid unclear instructions from everyone, from queue management, to registration, to nurse all give unclear instructions. Talk so slow and low volume while the klinik is blasted with the automated number announcer. Dont come here. Go to bayan lepas or sg nibong better. Waste of time
The service and waiting time in LABORATORY (MAKMAL) is extremely poor and long. Overall rating is bad.

Fast service and friendly staff. Whole body check up done within 2 hours.
The waiting time is extremely long, you can see the speed of the staffs doing work. Only one counter to process babies, children and pregnant ladies with only a fe staffs. Although it’s stated that “Bayi diutamakan until pemeriksaan”, but I’ve been waited for more than an hour then only my new born baby’s turn to check body weight, not even say to proceed to bilirubin check, lab test and consultation. I really hope that management will look into this issue and I’m looking for some improvement.
