Been dealing with this branch for few years now. Ms.Yap the audiologist is very patience since day one and every after sales service. Many years back they willing to let my grandma test several models there for few hours to best fits her daily usage and comfort, and finally we found one. 20db’s wide network along the nation has proven useful, as there was 1 time my grandma stationed in PJ, Ms.Yap helped to arrange a follow up appointment there with all the necessary profile and stuff. The warranty claim is fast and reliable too in my experience. Highly recommending 20db’s Ms.Yap and her team!
