There are very good Covid-19 SOPs in place. For example, max 2 customers can be at the counter to be served. The staff members are courteous and efficient. There are plenty of parking spaces outside of the office. Stationeries like glue and stapler are easily available.

Despite entering the store empty, all the staff seemed to ignore my existence and rather talk within themselves. The area was filthy, packages were pilled up upon each other and some even scattered across the floor. Also saw the staff dropping boxes off the trolley whilst having a laugh about it. Horrendous work attitude, will never use their services ever again.

serious poor Service, parcel keep at bp warehouse since 7/12 till today 12/12 not deliver to me, call office since yesterday till today whole day nobody pick up the phone, this is what kind of courier service!!
