Very bad service. I would give them 0 star if that is in the option. Got 3 staffs, but when i went there to change the size of my purchased items (due to the pandemic, we cant have a try before buy) but 2 of the staffs refused to entertain me and asked me to ask the lady at the countern(while the same lady was occupied with a lot of customers). When i finally been entertained, the guy there said the item can also be changed in the period of 3 days after purchased only according to their SOPs (no SOPs can be found in the store, and i wasnt even been notified about that during my purchase). The store is very inorganize, with boxes everywhere - cant even walk properly without hitting something.

EXTREMELY CARELESS! There was a pin in the shoe, when my boyfriend tried it on and it pierced his foot. All they did was apologize!!? There has to be a better way to tag your shoes than putting your customers AT RISK!!! So ridiculous.
