Great place for baking items and ingredients. Wide selection. Parking situation here is tricky though. More on offer than Bake With Yen. Prices are also more competitive

HOI have added one more floor. The shop look more spacious and easier to manouvre . The price is unbeatable. Just the parking is nightmare in the peak hour
