Some of the staffs lack of experience. The dentist needs to instruct every single thing. Maybe new staffs ? Need to improvise on this issue.

The staffs are really helpful and the doctor is always smiling.
Just done scaling polishing filling with my wife. Went on saturday morning and attended by a male dentist. Need a lot of improvement here: 1. Reception have lot of mosquitos 2. Treatment are quite harsh unlike other private dentist i went that are very gentle and convincing.
Sy pegi scaling dan akibatnye..gusi sy luka teruk dan berdarah 2 hari dan xstop.perit nye rasa.masa doc scaling gigi tu darah dh byk sgt tp doc teruskan.i went to other clinic and the doc said multiple injury on my gum.Allah..please dont do that again to other patient.it was a nightmare for me ever.
Dentist didn't solve my problem. I have to go to another clinic. Staffs & doc are not friendly & helpful

Doctor tidak mesra dengan pesakit kanak-kanak, garang dan pembayaran consultation tiada resit.Bad experience. Anak pun tak nak ke klinik ni lagi.
First sy pergi klinik teruk mcm ni.. staf klinik ini tool2 gigi pun x tahu.. xda pengalaman dalam medical.. suction pn kasar.. tu pn dr. asyik2 bgtahu.. harga mahal tapi service teruk.. sy stop half way masa rawatan sbb masa tu nak rawat patient masa tu gak lah nak ajar staf.. staff masih blur2.. baik sy pergi klinik lain..
