I came on a Sunday on lunch hour. There was no queue with only 1 customer ahead of me but still I waited 15 minutes for my drink (drinks are prepared after payment made) . I had the 'black sugar milk tea with pudding'. It was ok, but not really worth the price. Unfortunately their pastries didn't appeal to me too. The atmosphere is comfy, quiet and spacious. It has multiple power points to charge phones. So that is good. I wouldn't mind coming again with friends to chit chat and kill time because it is really comfy here. But would i come again just for the tea? Unlikely.

Milk tea is pretty good and usual for a basic milk tea but wifi usage is limited to only social media.
Extremely good service provided. I quite enjoy the environment and beverages.
Average high tea place. Bubble tea is meh...
