Visit here on 15/10/2020... It’s my first time in buying pretzel and what i could say that this outlet have Worst customer service ever for F&B. The female staff with dark skin was (and I think will be forever) Not friendly and RUDE to the customer. TOO RUDE. Lucky im cool with it. Stupid services.

This place I give 5 star. All staff are sporting.. Include manager.... Its very happy to see how they manage their work even the busy time. I wish if I had a chance, I want to work at this place..they welcome every customer with friendly and treat us like a family.. they have their own style to promote food.. Very cheerful place. Recommended to come here...

In my life I have never met such a rude, sour faced person working in F&B. Was looking forward to get some Cheesy Nuggets but when I arrived I had to call the staff to come to the counter & when they did so told me very lousily "cheesy nuggets takde", and rolled her eyes like I am the biggest nuisance she's ever had in her whole life while at the same time not looking at me. How? I have no idea but she managed to pull it off. Actresses should learn from her, Nora Danish, Maya Karin or whoever else would be shaking if they saw how she acted, pure brilliance in attitude. Maybe she had a rough day or whatever but for the sake of customers' sanity please don't spread the negativity to the rest of the world for whatever problems they have. Rather go to The Mines' branch instead of this any day any time.
