Spacious hall adequate for wedding reception & other activities with reasonably large parking area

Nice hall for receptions or events. Lot of space for parkings. What's not nice are the washrooms/toilets. Poor maintenance and hygiene. Broken tap in one cubicle and the rest of the room has no water supply. Weird stuff getting to this place through G Maps is that it leads you to the back entrance instead of the front. And it's hard to spot the rear entrance. One could easily miss it.
