When I went to collect my maid, I noticed a lot of lesions on her hands and some with blood. I asked the agent, didn't she noticed, and she said no. Believe me, if you deal with these agents, DO NOT USE LOGIC because nothing they say make sense. Please don't damage your neural well-being. Good luck, you need it. I am updating this review because the maid ran away. My sister's in law maid from this same agency, also ran away. Wishing you more luck, but honestly, not even God can help you if you hire from this agency.

One of the worst agency ever I met in my life ! Very poor management skills and untrustworthy ! Already ordered maid since half year ago until now still haven’t received. Whoever wanted to hire maid from this company. I don’t recommend you all to this agency!

If the review have negative marking, I will give negative 5 stars. I got maid from this agency after PAYING RM 15k for an indon maid. Maid was highly recommended from the agency staff name Irene. So trusted her once and for all. Got the maid work with me 1 mth, one fine day cry to me request to go home coz 'rindu anak rindu suami'. So I send her home to the maid agency. After that, to get a replacement, agency demand RM 2.6k from me, claimed include the 1 mth wages of the previous maid and fomema plus immigration processing fee and even told me different agency have different term and condition. Even told me that the fee was wrote in small print when I sign the application form from their company that all replacement maid fee bear by employer. Told me that replacement of the maid need 3 mths coz unfortunately is Hari Raya Time. Any enquiries was always no reply. When I ask where abt the previous maid, did ur company send her home? The agent said oh, ur maid run away from the agency itself too and they have made a police report. However until now after 3 weeks, I did not c the so call police report. In short, service bad, alot of hidden 'term n Condition'. Plz think 3x if need to deal with this agency.

Poor service ! Don’t choose this name “Amy” be your agent . No any responsibility when customer encountered any issue . No action immediately and bad attitude . She just know money only. Everything said don’t know and ask us follow up to others.

Don't hire maid from this agency. They maids ran away as soon as they can. For my case is total lost since two maids ran away despite they have no money with them. Only place they can go should be back to their agency. Their manager Sam is damn rude and agrogant. Avoid this agency at all cause.
