Lobby is impressive. Surrounding area very quiet. If you have a car, should not be a problem. I stayed at room 111. No complaint about my room. Only that, bathroom door lock is broken & shower drain is clogged!!

I like the atmosphere of the hotel. Clean and quiet. I also like the green view behind this hotel. The staff and cleaner are friendly too. I wish I could come back here again. Thank you for being my part of holiday.

The staff very polite and helpful. Room is decent. My room no.245, the water pressure is very good but the hot water is not stable. Sometimes the hot water become too hot. But it is still okay. Location is near Leila Road which i guess the old town of Sandakan.

My room was RM88 per night booked with OYO apps. Twin double. Can sleep 4 adults. No breakfast. Room service breakfast (RM10) available if order before 10pm. Better go to the Sandakan old town kopi tiam and have Coto Makassar RM5.00. The staff here are helpful and polite. Water pressure is good but the water temperat is not stable. The water can suddenly be too hot. For me, it is okay though. Got lift, so don’t worry if you have heavy luggage. Parking space is in front of the building. Towel, hair and body shampoo provided. Got hair dryer in the bathroom. No refrigerator and iron. Water boiler available in the room.

Nice hotel and great service. Just the wifi was poor, no breakfast and the matress is very small and old. Other than that it was perfect.
